Hotel Reservation Process

SelectUSA has confirmed a room block at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors who have applied and have been approved by SelectUSA to attend the Investment Summit.

  • Book all hotel rooms through SelectUSA.
  • Please do NOT book directly with the hotel.

The hotel rate is valid until the room blocks are sold out or until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, May 31, 2024.

eventPower is the Official Housing Provider for the 2024 SelectUSA Investment Summit. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than eventPower is not approved. Unaffiliated organizations may appear to offer reservations at lower rates, but they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or eventPower.


COST AND HOUSING RATE DEADLINE

Hotel rooms have been secured at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for the special conference rate of USD $258 per day (prevailing GSA per diem), plus applicable taxes. The hotel rate is valid until the room blocks are sold out or until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, May 31, 2024.
 

STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM 

STEP 1: APPLY TO ATTEND THE INVESTMENT SUMMIT

Only approved applicants will be eligible for a hotel room within the SelectUSA Investment Summit room block. The Investment Summit planning team has the right to cancel reservations for declined applicants.
 

STEP 2: BOOK THE HOTEL ROOM

Continue to hotel booking link at the end of the application process. Attendees can also use the link in their SelectUSA Investment Summit Portal (provided in the Investment Summit application confirmation email) to make or edit their hotel reservation.
 

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION

The hotel confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was provided during the hotel booking process. Please check your spam folder in case a confirmation email was not received. An attendee can access their confirmation number inside their SelectUSA Investment Summit Portal (as long as they made the reservation through the hotel booking link accessed through the application process or the portal).

Note: If you need to make any changes to a confirmed hotel room, please use the "Manage Hotel Reservation" link inside your attendee registration portal.
