Exhibitors are not permitted to break down their booths early. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
 

Exhibitor and Sponsor Portal

Once an applicant has been vetted and accepted and the contract is signed, the organization’s point of contact will receive a link to their personalized registration portal. The portal will be used by all exhibitors and sponsors to access information regarding their participation, including the exhibitor service kit, link to register personnel, invoice, payment options, etc. Exhibitors and sponsors will also be able to upload their logo and organization descriptions through the portal.
 

Registering Personnel

  • 2 complimentary Exhibition Hall passes per booth (no matter the booth size). The complimentary passes are for the Exhibition Hall only and do not include the Investment Summit, however, networking is included.
  • You may purchase up to 2 additional Exhibition Hall passes for USD $650 each. No additional Exhibition Hall passes are offered beyond this. If you need to purchase additional passes they must be Full Investment Summit passes.
     

APPLY TO ATTEND THE INVESTMENT SUMMIT

All personnel attending with an exhibiting company (booth personnel and full attendees) should apply through their exhibitor portal.
 

Organization Description and Logo

All contracted exhibitors and sponsors will be provided a link to their exhibitor portal that allows the uploading of all exhibitor information, including the organization’s description and logo for the printed program guide, SelectUSA ShoApp, and Investment Summit website.
 

DEADLINE TO UPLOAD ORGANIZATION DETAILS AND LOGO

We suggest that all organizations upload available information immediately. The deadline to upload your details is March 6, 2026.
 

Dress Code

Business attire or local country equivalent is expected for all days and functions and is particularly important for networking meetings.
