The SelectUSA Investment Summit showcases the variety of key stakeholders integral to foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction in the United States. To provide our attendees with superior insights into the dynamic U.S. FDI landscape, SelectUSA encourages speaker nominations for Investment Summit programming.
Applications submitted by September 4, 2026 will receive priority consideration for the 2027 Investment Summit, and applications submitted after that date will be considered for SelectUSA year-round programming and address any gaps in the 2027 Investment Summit program.
Applicants who submit for Investment Summit consideration will be notified in early 2027 by a member of the SelectUSA team if their submission is selected for further consideration. The review and selection process extends over several months as the Investment Summit agenda and year-round programming are being finalized. The U.S. Department of Commerce and SelectUSA internally vets each speaker suggestion and determines alignment with Investment Summit priorities and interests. SelectUSA's programming strives to provide its clients with relevant and informative topics, representing a variety of perspectives while striking an informative balance of FDI fundamentals and emerging trends. To ensure this, SelectUSA endeavors to offer a balance of both returning and new speakers and topics.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking opportunity or the selection of your proposed topic. Due to the high volume of submissions, SelectUSA is unable to accommodate every request.
